Guarantee

‌Each White Star watch bears an individual serial number which guarantees its origin and authenticity, it will be delivered with its certificate of authenticity and warranty card. The White Star warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, the User is required to report any defect in writing to the Company within 5 (five) working days, otherwise this right will expire.

Activate warranty

‌In order to benefit from this guarantee, you must present the duly completed White Star guarantee card. We recommend that you keep it in a safe place. In the event of loss of your warranty card, your purchase invoice issued by White Star may be accepted. Only White Star customer service is authorized to decide on repairs or any other interventions concerning a White Star watch covered by the warranty. White Star reserves the right not to repair or carry out any work on watches which have been modified or repaired by a reseller or repair center not approved by White Star. Beyond the 24 months of warranty, we recommend to our dear customers to only use our customer service for any repair or maintenance needs, our international service will also be the sole holder of spare components that may prove necessary. for your watch.

Not included in warranty
  • Defects or damage due to loss, theft, fire or other matters beyond our control.‌
  • Defects or damage resulting from mistreatment, misuse or accident.‌
  • Defects or damage caused by incorrect use (impacts, crushing, humidity for non-waterproof watches, etc.), modifications, handling or repairs not having been carried out by a partner approved by White Star Watch.‌
  • Defects or damage due to abnormal wear.‌
  • Leather bracelets.‌
  • Watches where the original serial number printed on the case is removed or illegible, or where part of the original number has been removed, replaced or altered.‌ Routine maintenance and cleaning.

‌Please note that you will be responsible for transport costs which include, among other things, postage, insurance and packaging costs.
