Our experienced watchmakers, specializing in the maintenance and repair of White Star Watch watches around the world, are committed to preserving the heritage and functionality of your watch, so that it can be passed down from one generation to the next.

Guarantee
Each White Star Watch has a unique serial number guaranteeing its origin and authenticity. It comes with a certificate of authenticity and a warranty card. The White Star Watch warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
Any possible defect must be reported in writing to the Company within a reasonable time following its discovery and before the expiry of the warranty period.

Activate warranty
To benefit from the warranty, you will need to present the duly completed White Star Watch warranty card. We recommend that you keep it in a safe place. In case of loss, the purchase invoice issued by White Star Watch may be accepted as proof.
Only White Star Watch customer service is authorized to determine the terms of repair or intervention on a watch covered by the warranty.
White Star Watch reserves the right to refuse any repair or intervention on watches that have been modified or repaired by an unauthorized dealer or repair center.
Beyond the 24 months of warranty, we recommend to our dear customers to only use our customer service for any repair or maintenance needs, our international service will also be the sole holder of certain spare components, which may be necessary for your watch.
