2.1 In accordance with the General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR), the Company commits to protecting the personal data of
users. The information collected is used solely for transactional purposes and
is not shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the user.

3.1 Prices are expressed in local currencies and may
vary. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order
validation, whether online, in-store, or at an event.

3.2 Payments can be made using the methods indicated
on the Site, in-store, or at the event location (credit card, bank transfer,
other accepted methods).

3.3 In case of significant fluctuations in the costs
of raw materials or exchange rates, the Company reserves the right to adjust
the prices of the watches. Any changes will be transparently communicated to
the User before finalizing the order.

4.1 A user account is required to place an order.
Confirmation is sent by email.

4.2 Deliveries are made to the address specified by
the User, subject to the applicable fees and taxes according to the country.
The Company advises Users to inquire about the applicable taxes according to
the destination country, which are entirely borne by the User.

5.1 Right of return for online purchases: The User has
the right to return any product purchased on the site within 7 days from the
date of receipt, provided that the product has not been worn, is in the
condition it was received, and includes all initial protection elements, such
as protective films and unremoved tags.

5.2 Return conditions: To exercise this right of
return, the User must notify the Company of their intention to return the
product within 7 days of receipt, by sending an email to
info@whitestar-watch.com. The product must be returned in perfect condition,
unworn, in its original packaging with all accessories and documents provided,
including the certificate of authenticity and the warranty card.

5.3 Return process: After notification, the User will
receive return instructions from the Company, including the return address and
shipping procedures. Return costs are borne by the User, except in cases of
delivery of defective or non-conforming products, where these costs will be
borne by the Company. 5.4 Refund: Once the returned product is received and
inspected by the Company to confirm that it meets the return conditions, the
total amount paid for the product will be refunded to the User using the same
payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days.

6.1 The Company is not liable for failures due to
force majeure events.

7.1 If any part of these GTC is found to be invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.

8.1 Disputes are governed by Swiss law and fall under
the jurisdiction of the courts of Yverdon-les-Bains.
