In turn, the Guest automatically becomes eligible for Ambassador status and, upon request, receives their own personal ID, which they can use to recommend White Star to new buyers.

Le cercle des Ambassadeurs White Star
1. Objet du programme
Pleiades est un programme relationnel mis en place par White Star, destiné à réunir des propriétaires de montres White Star, des clients, des amis de la marque et des personnes souhaitant contribuer à son rayonnement.
Le programme permet à un membre inscrit, appelé Ambassadeur White Star, de recommander la marque à une personne de son entourage, appelée Invité. Lorsque cette recommandation aboutit à l’acquisition effective d’une montre White Star, l’Invité bénéficie d’un avantage exclusif et l’Ambassadeur peut recevoir une rétribution, selon les présentes conditions.
Pleiades a pour vocation de créer une relation juste, élégante et valorisante entre la marque, ses Ambassadeurs et leurs Invités. Il ne constitue pas un réseau de vente indépendant, une franchise, une représentation commerciale exclusive ou une relation de travail.
2. Statuts au sein de Pleiades
2.1 Ambassadeur White Star
L’Ambassadeur White Star est une personne inscrite au programme Pleiades et disposant d’un identifiant personnel transmis par White Star.
L’Ambassadeur peut recommander White Star à des personnes de son entourage, partager son identifiant personnel et contribuer à faire découvrir l’univers de la marque.
L’Ambassadeur agit en son nom propre. Il n’est ni employé, ni agent, ni mandataire, ni représentant légal de White Star. Il n’est pas autorisé à engager White Star, à conclure une vente au nom de White Star, à modifier les prix, à accorder des avantages non validés par White Star ou à faire des déclarations contractuelles au nom de la marque.
2.2 Invité
L’Invité est une personne à qui un Ambassadeur a recommandé White Star et qui utilise l’identifiant personnel de cet Ambassadeur lors de l’acquisition d’une montre White Star.
Lorsque les conditions sont remplies, l’Invité bénéficie d’une réduction exclusive de 7 % sur le prix de vente de sa montre White Star.
Après son achat, l’Invité peut, sur demande et validation de White Star, devenir à son tour Ambassadeur White Star et recevoir son propre identifiant personnel.
3. Fonctionnement du programme
Chaque Ambassadeur reçoit un identifiant personnel unique. Cet identifiant doit être communiqué par l’Invité au moment de la commande ou avant la confirmation définitive de l’achat.
Pour qu’une recommandation soit reconnue, les conditions suivantes doivent être remplies :
- l’Invité doit indiquer l’identifiant personnel de l’Ambassadeur lors de son achat ;
- l’achat doit porter sur une montre White Star éligible ;
- la vente doit être confirmée, payée intégralement et non annulée ;
- le délai de retour volontaire accordé par White Star doit être arrivé à échéance ;
- la montre ne doit pas avoir été retournée, remboursée ou échangée contre annulation de la vente initiale ;
- aucune fraude, utilisation abusive ou conflit d’attribution ne doit être constaté.
White Star se réserve le droit de refuser l’attribution d’une recommandation si l’identifiant n’a pas été communiqué correctement, si plusieurs Ambassadeurs revendiquent la même vente, ou si l’origine de la recommandation ne peut pas être établie de manière claire.
4. Avantage accordé à l’Invité
L’Invité bénéficie d’une réduction exclusive de 7 % sur le prix de vente public de la montre White Star acquise, hors frais de livraison, taxes, droits de douane, assurances, services complémentaires, personnalisations spéciales ou autres frais annexes, sauf indication contraire de White Star.
Cette réduction n’est pas automatiquement cumulable avec d’autres offres, remises, promotions, conditions spéciales ou avantages commerciaux. White Star se réserve le droit de déterminer les offres cumulables ou non cumulables.
Pour bénéficier de la réduction, l’identifiant reçu par l’Ambassadeur doit être mentionné sur le champ prévu à cet effet lors du passage en caisse sur notre site internet, la réduction est directement calculée et confirmée. Elle ne peut pas être exigée rétroactivement après paiement ou confirmation définitive de la vente, sauf accord exceptionnel de White Star.
5. Rétribution de l’Ambassadeur
En reconnaissance de son engagement, l’Ambassadeur peut recevoir une rétribution de 15 % calculée sur le prix de vente réalisé pour la montre acquise par son Invité.
Sauf indication contraire, cette rétribution est calculée sur le prix effectivement encaissé par White Star, après application de la réduction accordée à l’Invité, hors TVA, frais de livraison, droits de douane, frais bancaires, assurances, services complémentaires et éventuels frais annexes.
La rétribution n’est acquise qu’après :
- paiement intégral de la montre par l’Invité ;
- validation de la vente par White Star ;
- expiration du délai de retour volontaire accordé par White Star ;
- absence de retour, remboursement, annulation, opposition de paiement ou litige sur la vente concernée.
En cas de retour, remboursement total ou partiel, annulation de la vente, défaut de paiement ou litige empêchant la validation définitive de la vente, aucune rétribution n’est due.
6. Paiement de la rétribution
Le paiement de la rétribution intervient après validation définitive de la vente et expiration du délai de retour volontaire accordé par White Star.
L’Ambassadeur devra fournir les informations nécessaires au paiement, notamment son identité complète, son adresse, ses coordonnées bancaires et, le cas échéant, toute information fiscale ou administrative requise.
L’Ambassadeur est seul responsable de la déclaration fiscale de toute rétribution perçue dans le cadre de Pleiades, ainsi que du respect de ses obligations sociales, fiscales, professionnelles ou administratives applicables dans son pays de résidence.
7. Absence de relation de travail ou d’agence
La participation au programme Pleiades ne crée aucune relation de travail, de mandat exclusif, de société simple, de partenariat juridique, de franchise, d’agence commerciale ou de représentation entre White Star et l’Ambassadeur.
L’Ambassadeur agit de manière indépendante. Il ne bénéficie d’aucune exclusivité territoriale, commerciale ou relationnelle. Il ne peut prétendre à aucun salaire, remboursement de frais, indemnité de clientèle, indemnité de résiliation ou autre compensation que la rétribution expressément prévue par les présentes conditions. Au-delà d’un montant d’une certaine importance versé à l’ambassadeur durant une année fiscale, le statut de celui-ci peut être amené à devoir changer et à s’orienter sur une démarche qi pourrait être apparentée à une activité professionnelle. White Star prendra contact avec un éventuel Ambassadeur atteignant cette limite afin de faire évoluer la relation.
8. Évolution potentielle du statut de l’Ambassadeur
Lorsque le montant des rétributions versées à un Ambassadeur au cours d’une année civile s’approche d’un niveau susceptible de modifier la qualification fiscale, sociale ou administrative de la relation, White Star examinera la situation et prendra contact avec l’Ambassadeur concerné afin de déterminer, de bonne foi, les modalités appropriées à la poursuite de la collaboration. Celle-ci pourra notamment évoluer vers une relation professionnelle formalisée, impliquant les obligations fiscales, sociales, administratives, contractuelles ou déclaratives applicables selon le droit suisse et/ou le droit du pays de résidence de l’Ambassadeur.
Aucune rétribution complémentaire ne pourra être versée tant que les informations, documents ou modalités nécessaires à la conformité de la relation n’auront pas été clarifiés et validés par White Star.
8. Communication et comportement de l’Ambassadeur
L’Ambassadeur s’engage à parler de White Star avec exactitude, élégance et loyauté.
Il s’interdit notamment :
- de faire des promesses non validées par White Star ;
- de présenter des informations inexactes sur les montres, prix, délais, garanties ou conditions commerciales ;
- d’utiliser l’image de White Star de manière trompeuse ou dévalorisante ;
- de créer des publicités payantes, campagnes sponsorisées ou contenus promotionnels au nom de White Star sans autorisation écrite préalable ;
- d’utiliser des méthodes de prospection intrusives, agressives, trompeuses ou contraires aux lois applicables ;
- de se présenter comme employé, agent officiel ou représentant habilité à engager White Star ;
- d’utiliser l’identifiant personnel sur des plateformes publiques de coupons, remises ou codes promotionnels sans accord de White Star.
White Star se réserve le droit de suspendre ou exclure tout Ambassadeur dont le comportement serait contraire à l’image, aux valeurs ou aux intérêts de la marque.
9. Utilisation de la marque White Star
L’Ambassadeur ne dispose d’aucun droit de propriété sur la marque White Star, ses logos, visuels, textes, photographies, designs, noms de collection, contenus ou éléments de communication.
Toute utilisation de ces éléments doit être conforme aux instructions de White Star et ne peut intervenir qu’à des fins de recommandation loyale de la marque.
White Star peut à tout moment demander la modification ou la suppression d’un contenu utilisant son nom, son image ou ses éléments de marque.
10. Attribution des recommandations
Une vente ne peut donner lieu qu’à une seule rétribution.
Si plusieurs identifiants sont transmis pour une même vente, White Star déterminera, à sa seule discrétion et sur la base des éléments disponibles, l’Ambassadeur pouvant être reconnu comme à l’origine de la recommandation.
En cas de doute, d’information contradictoire ou d’absence de preuve suffisante, White Star se réserve le droit de ne pas attribuer la vente à un Ambassadeur.
11. Exclusions
Sauf accord écrit de White Star, aucune rétribution ne sera due dans les cas suivants :
- achat réalisé sans indication préalable de l’identifiant personnel ;
- achat réalisé avant l’inscription de l’Ambassadeur au programme ;
- achat effectué par l’Ambassadeur pour lui-même ;
- commande annulée, retournée, remboursée ou non payée intégralement ;
- utilisation abusive, frauduleuse ou détournée du programme ;
- achat réalisé dans le cadre d’une offre spéciale excluant Pleiades ;
- vente réalisée par un distributeur, détaillant ou partenaire commercial non inclus dans le programme ;
- conflit d’attribution non résolu entre plusieurs Ambassadeurs ;
- non-respect des présentes conditions générales.
12. Modification ou arrêt du programme
White Star se réserve le droit de modifier, suspendre ou mettre fin au programme Pleiades à tout moment.
Les modifications peuvent notamment porter sur les conditions d’éligibilité, le montant de la réduction accordée à l’Invité, le montant de la rétribution de l’Ambassadeur, les produits éligibles, les modalités de paiement ou les avantages du programme.
Les ventes déjà validées avant une modification du programme resteront traitées selon les conditions applicables au moment de leur validation, sauf cas de fraude, abus, retour, annulation ou litige.
13. Protection des données
Dans le cadre de Pleiades, White Star peut collecter et traiter certaines données personnelles des Ambassadeurs et des Invités, notamment leur nom, prénom, adresse, e-mail, numéro de téléphone, identifiant personnel, historique de recommandations, informations de commande et données nécessaires au paiement.
Ces données sont utilisées pour gérer le programme, attribuer les recommandations, traiter les avantages et rétributions, communiquer avec les membres et respecter les obligations légales de White Star.
Les données sont traitées conformément à la politique de confidentialité de White Star et aux lois applicables en matière de protection des données.
14. Responsabilité
White Star met en œuvre le programme Pleiades avec soin, mais ne garantit aucun résultat commercial à l’Ambassadeur.
L’Ambassadeur est seul responsable de ses communications, recommandations et démarches personnelles. Il s’engage à indemniser White Star en cas de réclamation, dommage, perte ou frais résultant d’un comportement fautif, trompeur, abusif ou non autorisé de sa part.
White Star ne saurait être tenue responsable d’une perte de rétribution liée à une erreur d’identifiant, une omission lors de la commande, un retour de produit, une annulation, un défaut de paiement ou un litige entre l’Ambassadeur et l’Invité.
15. Acceptation des conditions
La participation au programme Pleiades implique l’acceptation pleine et entière des présentes conditions générales.
En demandant son inscription, en utilisant un identifiant personnel ou en recommandant White Star dans le cadre du programme, l’Ambassadeur reconnaît avoir pris connaissance des présentes conditions et les accepter.
16. Droit applicable et for juridique
Les présentes conditions générales sont soumises au droit suisse.
Sous réserve des fors impératifs prévus par la loi, tout litige relatif au programme Pleiades sera soumis aux tribunaux compétents du siège de White Star.
General Terms and Conditions of the Pleiades Programme
The White Star Ambassador Circle
1. Purpose of the Programme
Pleiades is a relationship-based programme created by White Star, designed to bring together owners of White Star watches, clients, friends of the brand and individuals wishing to contribute to its influence and development.
The programme allows a registered member, referred to as a White Star Ambassador, to recommend the brand to a person in their network, referred to as a Guest. When such recommendation results in the effective acquisition of a White Star watch, the Guest benefits from an exclusive advantage and the Ambassador may receive remuneration, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Pleiades is intended to create a fair, elegant and rewarding relationship between the brand, its Ambassadors and their Guests. It does not constitute an independent sales network, a franchise, an exclusive commercial representation or an employment relationship.
2. Statuses within Pleiades
2.1 White Star Ambassador
A White Star Ambassador is a person registered in the Pleiades programme and holding a personal identifier provided by White Star.
The Ambassador may recommend White Star to people in their network, share their personal identifier and contribute to introducing others to the brand’s universe.
The Ambassador acts in their own name. They are not an employee, agent, representative, mandatary or legal representative of White Star. They are not authorised to bind White Star, conclude a sale on behalf of White Star, modify prices, grant benefits not approved by White Star, or make contractual statements on behalf of the brand.
2.2 Guest
The Guest is a person to whom a White Star Ambassador has recommended White Star and who uses that Ambassador’s personal identifier when acquiring a White Star watch.
When the required conditions are fulfilled, the Guest benefits from an exclusive 7% reduction on the sale price of their White Star watch.
After their purchase, the Guest may, upon request and subject to validation by White Star, become a White Star Ambassador in turn and receive their own personal identifier.
3. How the Programme Works
Each Ambassador receives a unique personal identifier. This identifier must be communicated by the Guest at the time of ordering or before the final confirmation of the purchase.
For a recommendation to be recognised, the following conditions must be met:
- the Guest must indicate the Ambassador’s personal identifier when making the purchase;
- the purchase must relate to an eligible White Star watch;
- the sale must be confirmed, fully paid and not cancelled;
- the voluntary return period granted by White Star must have expired;
- the watch must not have been returned, refunded or exchanged in a manner resulting in cancellation of the initial sale;
- no fraud, misuse or attribution conflict must be identified.
White Star reserves the right to refuse the attribution of a recommendation if the identifier was not communicated correctly, if several Ambassadors claim the same sale, or if the origin of the recommendation cannot be clearly established.
4. Benefit Granted to the Guest
The Guest benefits from an exclusive 7% reduction on the public sale price of the White Star watch purchased, excluding shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, insurance, additional services, special personalisation or any other ancillary costs, unless otherwise stated by White Star.
This reduction is not automatically cumulative with other offers, discounts, promotions, special conditions or commercial advantages. White Star reserves the right to determine which offers may or may not be combined.
To benefit from the reduction, the identifier received from the Ambassador must be entered in the dedicated field during checkout on our website. The reduction is then calculated and confirmed automatically. It may not be claimed retroactively after payment or final confirmation of the sale, except with the exceptional agreement of White Star.
5. Ambassador Remuneration
In recognition of their engagement, the Ambassador may receive remuneration of 15%, calculated on the sale price achieved for the watch acquired by their Guest.
Unless otherwise stated, this remuneration is calculated on the amount effectively received by White Star, after application of the reduction granted to the Guest, excluding VAT, shipping costs, customs duties, bank fees, insurance, additional services and any ancillary costs.
The remuneration is acquired only after:
- full payment of the watch by the Guest;
- validation of the sale by White Star;
- expiry of the voluntary return period granted by White Star;
- absence of return, refund, cancellation, payment opposition or dispute relating to the sale concerned.
In the event of return, full or partial refund, cancellation of the sale, non-payment or any dispute preventing the final validation of the sale, no remuneration shall be due.
6. Payment of the Remuneration
Payment of the remuneration shall take place after final validation of the sale and expiry of the voluntary return period granted by White Star.
The Ambassador must provide the information required for payment, including their full identity, address, bank details and, where applicable, any fiscal or administrative information required.
The Ambassador is solely responsible for declaring any remuneration received under the Pleiades programme, as well as for complying with any social security, fiscal, professional or administrative obligations applicable in their country of residence.
7. Absence of Employment or Agency Relationship
Participation in the Pleiades programme does not create any employment relationship, exclusive mandate, simple partnership, legal partnership, franchise, commercial agency or representation relationship between White Star and the Ambassador.
The Ambassador acts independently. They do not benefit from any territorial, commercial or relational exclusivity. They may not claim any salary, reimbursement of expenses, client indemnity, termination indemnity or any other compensation other than the remuneration expressly provided for in these terms and conditions.
8. Potential Evolution of the Ambassador’s Status
When the amount of remuneration paid to an Ambassador during a calendar year approaches a level likely to affect the fiscal, social security or administrative qualification of the relationship, White Star shall review the situation and contact the Ambassador concerned in order to determine, in good faith, the appropriate terms for continuing the collaboration.
Such collaboration may in particular evolve into a formalised professional relationship, involving the fiscal, social security, administrative, contractual or reporting obligations applicable under Swiss law and/or the law of the Ambassador’s country of residence.
No additional remuneration may be paid until the information, documents or arrangements necessary to ensure compliance of the relationship have been clarified and validated by White Star.
9. Communication and Conduct of the Ambassador
The Ambassador undertakes to speak about White Star with accuracy, elegance and loyalty.
In particular, the Ambassador shall refrain from:
- making promises not validated by White Star;
- presenting inaccurate information regarding watches, prices, delivery times, warranties or commercial conditions;
- using the image of White Star in a misleading or depreciative manner;
- creating paid advertisements, sponsored campaigns or promotional content in the name of White Star without prior written authorisation;
- using intrusive, aggressive, misleading or unlawful prospecting methods;
- presenting themselves as an employee, official agent or representative authorised to bind White Star;
- using their personal identifier on public coupon, discount or promotional-code platforms without the agreement of White Star.
White Star reserves the right to suspend or exclude any Ambassador whose conduct is contrary to the image, values or interests of the brand.
10. Use of the White Star Brand
The Ambassador has no ownership rights over the White Star brand, its logos, visuals, texts, photographs, designs, collection names, content or communication materials.
Any use of these elements must comply with White Star’s instructions and may only take place for the purpose of making a loyal recommendation of the brand.
White Star may at any time request the modification or removal of any content using its name, image or brand elements.
11. Attribution of Recommendations
A sale may give rise to only one remuneration.
If several identifiers are submitted for the same sale, White Star shall determine, at its sole discretion and on the basis of the information available, which Ambassador may be recognised as having originated the recommendation.
In the event of doubt, contradictory information or insufficient proof, White Star reserves the right not to attribute the sale to any Ambassador.
12. Exclusions
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by White Star, no remuneration shall be due in the following cases:
- purchase made without prior indication of the personal identifier;
- purchase made before the Ambassador’s registration in the programme;
- purchase made by the Ambassador for themselves;
- order cancelled, returned, refunded or not fully paid;
- abusive, fraudulent or improper use of the programme;
- purchase made under a special offer excluding Pleiades;
- sale made through a distributor, retailer or commercial partner not included in the programme;
- unresolved attribution conflict between several Ambassadors;
- non-compliance with these general terms and conditions.
13. Modification or Termination of the Programme
White Star reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Pleiades programme at any time.
Such modifications may relate in particular to the eligibility conditions, the amount of the reduction granted to the Guest, the amount of the Ambassador’s remuneration, eligible products, payment terms or programme benefits.
Sales already validated before a modification of the programme shall remain governed by the conditions applicable at the time of their validation, except in cases of fraud, abuse, return, cancellation or dispute.
14. Data Protection
In the context of Pleiades, White Star may collect and process certain personal data of Ambassadors and Guests, including their surname, first name, address, email address, telephone number, personal identifier, recommendation history, order information and data required for payment.
This data is used to manage the programme, attribute recommendations, process benefits and remuneration, communicate with members and comply with White Star’s legal obligations.
The data is processed in accordance with White Star’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
15. Liability
White Star implements the Pleiades programme with care, but does not guarantee any commercial result for the Ambassador.
The Ambassador is solely responsible for their communications, recommendations and personal actions. They undertake to indemnify White Star in the event of any claim, damage, loss or expense resulting from wrongful, misleading, abusive or unauthorised conduct on their part.
White Star shall not be held liable for any loss of remuneration linked to an identifier error, an omission during the order process, a product return, a cancellation, a payment default or a dispute between the Ambassador and the Guest.
16. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Participation in the Pleiades programme implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
By requesting registration, using a personal identifier or recommending White Star within the framework of the programme, the Ambassador acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions.
17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Subject to any mandatory places of jurisdiction provided by law, any dispute relating to the Pleiades programme shall be submitted to the competent courts of the registered office of White Star.
